LAND AND SITE DEVELOPMENT
We provide land and site development services from basic feasibility studies and due-diligence to turn-key projects. We cover the range from agricultural rezoning to infill developments, from residential subdivisions to commercial and industrial projects. We are comfortable with traditional bid-project and design-built projects.

TRANSPORTATION AND TRAFFIC ENGINEERING
Our practice has been involved in significant urban and sub-urban transportation projects covering all aspects of transportation and roadway design. Our traffic engineering experience encompasses both the traffic planning and operations. Our principal is a licensed Professional Traffic Operations Engineer.
STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND WATER RESOURCES
We provide the full range of storm water management design, including storm water conveyance and treatment. With the advent of Green Infrastructure Technologies our company has been involved with innovative practical implementation. Water resources services include bank restoration and stabilization, flood control and erosion control.
ABOUT
Juster Civil Engineering was formed as a small start-up in the Civil Engineering consulting industry. The company was formed to better serve our current and future clients.

Our Principal and Owner, Sorin Juster, is Licensed P.E. in nine Midwestern states and has been practicing civil engineering since 1982, leading and performing hands-on design throughout his career.
​
Sorin has a Master of Science Degree in Water Resourses and Environmental Engineering in addition to an Undergraduate degree in Transportation Engineering .
